Like Flying is a project for schools run by The National Theatre of Scotland. Having photographed the production at Auchinleck Academy (East Ayrshire) in 2019 I was delighted to have the chance to do it again. These photographs were taken during a workshop at Bellahouston Academy, Glasgow as well as the 2022/2023 productions.
Created in response to the growing levels of anxiety found in teenagers across Scotland, this project invited a cast of pupils to, through aerial performance methods, learn to fly.
